Our story
The GLP-1 space exploded — but so did the confusion. Patients were paying premium prices for branded medications they couldn't afford to sustain, or getting lost in telehealth platforms that felt more like marketing funnels than real healthcare. Insurance coverage was a maze. Side effects went unaddressed. People started treatment excited and dropped off without support.
GlydeRX was built as the alternative. We connect patients directly to licensed U.S. clinicians who review every case individually, and to state-licensed compounding pharmacies that fulfill prescriptions at a fraction of the branded cost. No insurance required. No waiting rooms. No hidden fees.
We show you the price before you take the quiz. You know exactly what you're paying, what's included, and who is caring for you — before you commit to anything.
Our mission
To make clinician-supervised GLP-1 care transparent, affordable, and genuinely supportive — so that more people can access the treatment they need, with the information and guidance to make it work long-term.
How we're different
Most GLP-1 platforms hide the price until after you've invested 20 minutes in a form. They use stock photos of doctors to imply a level of care that's really just an algorithm. They bury the refund policy. They make cancellation difficult.
We don't do any of that. Our clinicians — licensed nurse practitioners and MDs — personally review every patient profile. Our pharmacy partners are listed by name, with addresses and phone numbers, in our Terms of Use and on our website. Our cancellation policy is one click from the footer. The price you see is the price you pay.
Transparency isn't a marketing position for us. It's a baseline requirement.
What we stand for
Our clinical and pharmacy partners
GlydeRX is powered by OpenLoop Health, a national telehealth infrastructure provider whose network of licensed clinicians operates across all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Every prescription is reviewed and authorized by a licensed clinician — a nurse practitioner or MD — before it is filled.
Medications are fulfilled through our network of state-licensed compounding pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Medicine (Bellmore, NY), and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL). Full contact details are listed in our Terms of Use.
Important disclosure: Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Our clinicians will help determine whether compounded GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for your individual health situation.
